Retirement from elite sport brings challenges in mental health, identity and employment, and underrepresented athletes have the least support.
An inclusive online platform for Olympians with Real Life Transition Officers, mental health and transition toolkits, and a network for resource sharing, piloted with National Olympic Committees.

Online learning for sport and fitness professionals, guidelines for stakeholders on gender equality and harassment prevention, and mixed sessions combining sport and education, piloted in clubs, fitness centres and facilities.
