Run your club on SAITO: athletes, calendars and communication
The need this answers
Athletes, teams, training calendars and messages to families live in different apps and notebooks, and each coach keeps their own version.
What you end up with
Club management running on SAITO: athletes, teams, calendar and communication in one platform, with recovery and wellbeing follow-up through iRecover. Fee collection is optional custom work, quoted separately.
The technology we deploy
SAITO club platform
Club administration and athlete follow-up in one place: athletes, scheduling and staff coordination, with recovery follow-up available through iRecover.
Three modules in the pilot
- Existing product
Athletes and teams
Athlete records, teams and staff, with the access each role needs.
- Existing product
Scheduling and communication
Calendar with events, notifications and chat, as published on the official SAITO site. Roadmap features announced there are not offered as available today.
- Configuration or adaptation, subject to fit review
Recovery follow-up
Daily check-in, coach tasks and squad view through iRecover, connected to your pilot team.
First scope
One team or one section of the club. Administrative extensions such as fee collection or payment reconciliation are custom development and are quoted separately.
Acceptance of the pilot
The pilot is accepted when the pilot team works a full month in the platform: athletes registered, calendar in use and follow-up completed by the coaching staff.
Next step
Roll out to the remaining teams after a fit review, and scope any administrative extension the club needs.
What the cost depends on
Cost depends on the number of users, the integrations required, the data migration, the languages and the level of support. We do not publish prices or turnaround times: the written proposal confirms price and calendar before any work starts.
What we need from you
- Your current categories, groups, fees or follow-up sheets
- One person in the club as the day to day contact
- Staff availability for the training session and for feedback during the pilot
- Confirmation of who may see athlete information
Example of application
1. Family registers
One form, with your categories and fees.
2. Club confirms
Staff see who is complete and who is pending.
3. Coach records
Attendance and follow-up notes in one place.
4. Report shared
A summary the family or the board can read.
Illustrative workflow, not a screenshot of a delivered product.
Budget and timeline
Budget and timeline are agreed in writing before any work starts. We do not publish prices or dates here because both depend on the scope we define together. If the funding or the time available does not cover the full scope, we say so and set out what is feasible first, what is left out and what it would take to complete it.
Verified public outputs
Each card links to the public page of the output. Participating in a consortium does not mean sole authorship, so the exact role is stated on every card.
SAITO
Public output
Published club management application (web and mobile) for athletes, training and competition calendar and communication.
Our role
Published by Sport Innovation Hub on Google Play as the developer of the application.
Why it matters here
Shows a club management product already in distribution, which is the starting point for a club pilot.
iRecover
Public output
Published application for daily wellness check-in, recovery tasks and squad follow-up by coaching staff.
Our role
Published by Sport Innovation Hub on Google Play, within an Erasmus+ consortium in which Sport Innovation Hub is a partner.
Why it matters here
Shows a working athlete follow-up flow: daily input, coach tasks and a squad view. These are features, not clinical or performance results.
AI we can propose for this solution
These are capabilities we propose and scope with you. They are not features already deployed in your organisation, and a person always reviews the output.
Draft season summaries
Proposed capability: turn the recorded attendance and notes into a draft summary for the coach to edit before it reaches a family.
Administrative assistance
Proposed capability: draft reminders and standard replies from your own club information, always sent by a person.
Questions we are usually asked
Is a pilot useful if we are a small club?
Yes. The pilot exists so a small organisation can see the change in one group before committing to anything wider.
Can we keep our current payment provider?
That is one of the first questions we answer during setup. Any integration is described and agreed before the pilot starts.
What happens to athlete data?
Access is defined by role before the pilot starts, and you confirm who may see what. Data collected during the pilot belongs to the club.
