Turn your committed digital deliverable into a tool that works

The need this answers

Your proposal committed a digital deliverable, the reporting date is approaching and what exists is a document, a mock-up or a tool nobody has tested with real users.

What you end up with

The committed digital deliverable turned into a working, tested tool that matches what the grant agreement describes, with the technical documentation the project needs.

The technology we deploy

Your digital deliverable, ready to pilot

One functional deliverable that partners can use and demonstrate: an application, a web platform or a training module, with the evidence the project has to report.

Three modules in the pilot

  • Custom development

    The deliverable itself

One application, web platform or training module, built to the description in the grant agreement and usable by real participants.

  • Configuration or adaptation, subject to fit review

    Partner roles and access

Each partner organisation gets its own space, its own users and its own pilot group.

  • Configuration or adaptation, subject to fit review

    Agreed evidence, export and handover

The data the project needs to report, exportable, plus technical documentation and handover so the consortium keeps the tool.

First scope

One deliverable and one pilot group. The review of what was committed against what exists is phase one of this same engagement, not a separate product.

Acceptance of the pilot

The pilot is accepted when partners run the tool with their own participants and export the evidence described in the plan.

Next step

Extend to the remaining partner countries and languages, and plan maintenance beyond the project period.

What the cost depends on

Cost depends on the number of users, the integrations required, the data migration, the languages and the level of support. We do not publish prices or turnaround times: the written proposal confirms price and calendar before any work starts.

What we need from you
  • The relevant sections of the proposal or grant agreement describing the deliverable
  • Whatever exists today: documents, designs, code or a previous tool
  • The budget line and the reporting deadlines that apply
  • One technical contact per partner involved in the deliverable

Example of application

  1. 1. Read the commitment

What the grant agreement actually promises.

  2. 2. Compare with reality

What exists, what works, what is missing.

  3. 3. Plan and cost

Work packages matched to the budget line.

  4. 4. Build and test

A tool partners can demonstrate and report.

Illustrative workflow, not a screenshot of a delivered product.

Budget and timeline

Budget and timeline are agreed in writing before any work starts. We do not publish prices or dates here because both depend on the scope we define together. If the funding or the time available does not cover the full scope, we say so and set out what is feasible first, what is left out and what it would take to complete it.

Verified public outputs

Each card links to the public page of the output. Participating in a consortium does not mean sole authorship, so the exact role is stated on every card.

  • Women Fitness Cycle

    Public output

Published application for cycle, symptom and training tracking with coach communication, plus a published online course with modules and academic instructors.

    Our role

Sport Innovation Hub is a consortium partner and the publisher of the application. Universitas coordinates the project, as stated on the course page.

    Why it matters here

Shows an app and a course delivered inside a funded project and available to the public.

  • iRecover

    Public output

Published application for daily wellness check-in, recovery tasks and squad follow-up by coaching staff.

    Our role

Published by Sport Innovation Hub on Google Play, within an Erasmus+ consortium in which Sport Innovation Hub is a partner.

    Why it matters here

Shows a working athlete follow-up flow: daily input, coach tasks and a squad view. These are features, not clinical or performance results.

AI we can propose for this solution

These are capabilities we propose and scope with you. They are not features already deployed in your organisation, and a person always reviews the output.

  • Assisted drafting of technical documentation

Proposed capability: produce first drafts of technical annexes from the project material, for a person to verify before submission.

  • Multilingual content preparation

Proposed capability: prepare partner language versions of platform content for native speaker review, when the project requires them.

Questions we are usually asked

  • Can you join a project that has already started?

Yes, if the project rules allow a new partner or a subcontracted technical provider. The execution plan states which of the two applies.

  • What if the committed deliverable is not feasible?

We say so in the gap analysis and propose the closest achievable version, so the consortium can decide with evidence rather than at the reporting deadline.

  • Who owns the result?

Ownership and licensing follow the consortium agreement. We write the assumption into the plan so it is agreed before development starts.
