Run your programme digitally, from enrolment to completion record

The need this answers

Programmes are delivered with a mix of documents, video links and spreadsheets, and proving that a person completed and passed a programme takes manual work every time.

What you end up with

A digital way to run a programme end to end: content and pathway, assessment against a competence framework, progress records and a credential the learner can show and a third party can check.

The technology we deploy

Digital campus for your programme

Your programme delivered online: modules, assessment and progress, and a completion record for each learner.

Three modules in the pilot

  • Existing product

    Modules and catalogue

Your programme structured into modules and published in a catalogue learners can enrol in.

  • Configuration or adaptation, subject to fit review

    Assessment and progress

Assessments defined by your own teaching team, with progress visible for learners and coordinators.

  • Configuration or adaptation, subject to fit review

    Completion record

A record of completion per learner, exportable. Official accreditation depends on your awarding body and is not something we can guarantee.

First scope

One programme and one cohort. Additional programmes, languages or integrations with your own systems are scoped after the pilot.

Acceptance of the pilot

The pilot is accepted when a cohort completes the programme online and the completion records are exported by your team.

Next step

Add the rest of the catalogue, the additional languages and the reporting your organisation needs.

What the cost depends on

Cost depends on the number of users, the integrations required, the data migration, the languages and the level of support. We do not publish prices or turnaround times: the written proposal confirms price and calendar before any work starts.

What we need from you
  • The programme content and its current structure
  • The competence framework or the assessment criteria you apply
  • A cohort of learners and the trainers who will assess them
  • The rules that govern your credential: validity, renewal, who recognises it

Example of application

  1. 1. Enrol

The learner joins a defined pathway.

  2. 2. Learn

Modules in sequence with progress recorded.

  3. 3. Assess

A trainer marks against your criteria.

  4. 4. Credential

A record a third party can verify.

Illustrative workflow, not a screenshot of a delivered product.

Budget and timeline

Budget and timeline are agreed in writing before any work starts. We do not publish prices or dates here because both depend on the scope we define together. If the funding or the time available does not cover the full scope, we say so and set out what is feasible first, what is left out and what it would take to complete it.

Verified public outputs

Each card links to the public page of the output. Participating in a consortium does not mean sole authorship, so the exact role is stated on every card.

  • Sport Academy

    Public output

Published digital course catalogue with a distributed mobile application.

    Our role

The mobile application is published by Sport Innovation Hub on Google Play.

    Why it matters here

Shows a digital campus in operation: catalogue, enrolment listing and course delivery.

  • Women Fitness Cycle

    Public output

Published application for cycle, symptom and training tracking with coach communication, plus a published online course with modules and academic instructors.

    Our role

Sport Innovation Hub is a consortium partner and the publisher of the application. Universitas coordinates the project, as stated on the course page.

    Why it matters here

Shows an app and a course delivered inside a funded project and available to the public.

AI we can propose for this solution

These are capabilities we propose and scope with you. They are not features already deployed in your organisation, and a person always reviews the output.

  • Assisted question bank drafting

Proposed capability: draft assessment questions from your own materials for trainers to review, adapt and approve.

  • Feedback drafting for open answers

Proposed capability: prepare draft feedback for a trainer to check before the learner sees it. The grade is always the trainer's.

Questions we are usually asked

  • Do we have to change our competence framework?

No. The platform is configured around the framework you already apply.

  • Is the credential officially recognised?

Recognition depends on your organisation and the bodies that accept it. What we provide is a verifiable record of what was completed and assessed.

  • Can it work in more than one language?

Yes. Multilingual programmes are common in European training projects and the scope defines which languages are included.
