Digital Administrative and Training Assistant

Erasmus+ Sport, Cooperation Partnership

The challenge

Most sport clubs, especially smaller ones, underuse digital tools. Training is planned and recorded by hand, attendance and progress are not monitored, and the organisation cannot see its own activity.

The digital component

An application for managing and monitoring the training activity of sport clubs, designed to be usable by organisations with few resources, together with a professional profile for the person who drives digital transformation inside the club.

Project scope

Identifying digital needs, designing an application for managing and monitoring training, and testing digital transformation strategies are objectives of the consortium. The application is a consortium deliverable, not a development carried out solely by Sport Innovation Hub.

Sport Innovation Hub's role

Partner in the consortium, contributing sport technology expertise to the digital tool and to the digital transformation strategies tested with clubs.

Show technical detail
  • Session planning and attendance recording with minimal input from coaching staff
  • Monitoring views for managers: activity per team, per coach and per period
  • Roles for managers, coaches, athletes and parents, with age-appropriate access
  • Designed for low-resource clubs: works on basic devices, low administrative overhead, guided setup
  • Multilingual by design for use across the consortium countries
  • Personal data of minors handled under GDPR with consent managed by the club

How this applies to your organisation

If your organisation runs licences, seasons, teams, fees and competitions across separate tools, this is the kind of work we can take on: a single operating platform with the records a public body or an audit may ask for.
